What to expect at a
What If? Retreat
While we organize each and every retreat differently to meet our guests' needs,
here are a few things you can be prepared to experience:
Sessions of movement at the beginning and end of each day honor the body. While moving, we learn to love our bodies, honor their unique needs and integrate our emotions with our well-being.
Gathering in the music room is the highlight of each day as we are entertained by StoweGood and challenged to let the music open up our hearts. Karen and Stowe go deep with songs written especially for our soul's journey.
Connection is created through activities designed to bring us together, helping us celebrate our similarities as well as our differences.
Our three life-experienced facilitators create both solo and group experiences to honor and heal our past while encouraging us to raise our vibration and bravely step into our future.
Whether you need to be there for yourself or if you come alive as you love and encourage others, this retreat will give you the opportunity to refocus on what you truly want.
We believe in community.
The value of a gathering lies in the fact that each individual in attendance is a beautiful building block that helps create a unique work of art - a memorable experience for all. We are honored by every person that brings their true and authentic self to our gatherings. We see miracles at every retreat as our attendees show up, daring to be vulnerable and to share their experiences, hurts, wins and wisdom with the group.
We believe in the power of music.
Karen & Stowe make up the Grammy-nominated/hit songwriting duo, StoweGood. These artists are both passionate and compassionate and the songs they write go straight to the heart of the human experience. As they share the experiences that have shaped them into the powerful women they are, you will find the inspiration and courage to dig deeper into your own heart. You'll know that you're supported, loved and adored on your journey.
"A retreat where you can bare your soul in the safety of a loving community of like minded souls." Sara T.
